New D.I.C Head Joined: 5 Mar, 2006 Posts: 2 My Contributions	hi.. thank you for ur response... i just write 3 lines of code and i get stuck... the idea is to write in m-file and display on the workspace.. the user will enter their user name and password and the program will execute and verify wether to accept the user or not.. this is what i wish to display: ********************** Username: lilquinneila Password: Access granted/Access denied ************************ I don't know how to create a database for the username and password and how to compare the input from the user and the database. I also wish to send a signal to a serial port if the user access is granted. I hope u can help me with this problem. Thank you.
