Random Answer Order Poll, Poll with answers in random order?

My Contributions
I am trying to find a free script that will allow me to add a poll to my website with 10 options, but I need the options to be in a different order each time the poll is loaded. And the results need to be kept private from the poll takers, until I chose to display them.

If anyone has any suggestions... PLEASE help me. I need to figure something out before March 19.
