How to use File processing, How to add, delete and modify the file

I need some help from the expert from the dream in code people

Can you all tell me how to use the file processing (C++)?

Can a file be add, modify and deleted?

If the normal can I can do it in array but in file processing a bit difficult........
I need some advise and source code from you all.
Even though my question is quite easy to you all there.

I will appreciate your help and your kindness.
