My Contributions
Hi I am developing a ittle free program called desktop angel

and need to place an icon which when clicked opens a url.

I would like for a person to download a set up click the exe and it appears on the desktop and possibly in the program list

This depends on either:

1. Which development language you are using or
2. Which installer software you will be using.

Can you specify either one of those?
