IE background display missing?

New D.I.C Head Joined: 18 Dec, 2006 Posts: 3 My Contributions	OK fellows this is my first post here and I am having a problem with my computer displaying background images in IE....it wont display no backgorund image on any site i view....anybody fill me in on wwhat might be the cause of this????

Moved. well thanks for sending me the right direction but it does on all programs i open like WMP and windows defender and such...everything just the bacground displays are all missing!!!what could I do to fix this problem...any advice?
