Hi Everyone.

My name is Ray,I am visually impaired and i need some advice.
I recently attended and passed with A's my courses in java and C++ but still havent learned what i wanted to when it comes to programming.

What i wanted to learn was to design programs like those i use , programs with user interaction ,grophics or even games. What ive got my degree in is making programs to do business applications on a DOS screen (BoRING).

What Language should i look into? Any suggestions?

Thanks
Ray

You already have the languages needed. Java does great GUI design and has tons of classes available to help you do it.

C++ also works great, you will need to learn how to use the Windows API.

What you are basically wanting is a graphics api. I am currently using GTK+ but there is also the win32 api, MFC, and QT. All these will help you build the graphics portion of your program.

As far as java goes it uses the swing api which is packaged with java.
