Can you be a little more specific about the project? If you could provide some additional details, it would be appreciated.

I'm assuming when you mention Keil C that you using one of the Keil compilers?

Well I learned what a Berlin clock was. Here is a link to an SVG version which I think is pretty cool. How the clock works is not really all that difficult, really just a matter of division.

The program would probably be graphical so you need to decide what graphical environment you plan on using.
