Hi Skyhawk etc.

I was just wondering when there will be one of those real-time meetings?

There was one a fair while ago and I thought it was really good.

How about it then?

Kind regards

Ross

We talking in person, or an online chat?

Prolly because of the time differences involved with online chat?

More so because the last time I marketed it for almost an entire month and a whopping 7 people got online in a 8 hour period. It pretty much sucked.

That's IRC you're talking about?
Personally, I'm hooked on IRC and I have a dedicated box for it, so I would like to see a DIC channel (re)appear some day. I think that we should prolly vote for that. IRC is great fun, it's a shame we don't have some.

DIC has had an IRC channel off and on in the past, the last time DIChat was around it was advertised on the site for a few months, it didn't do well.

For the most part, people just arn't into IRC these days, and if they are they're really into it, I think the day of the casual IRCer is dead confused.gif

I think AIM Multi-person convos took over.

It's to the same calibur of me wanting to see another DOS based BBS around. Since a uniform internet, they just don't exist. sad.gif
