I'm looking at offering online training through a 3rd party but need a good idea of the demand. These courses are 100% online (they do require Internet Explorer however) and cover a TON of topics (over 1900), some of which I've outlined below.
Is E-Learning something that interests you? Do you prefer to learn on your own, in a self-paced manner?
The amount of money that I would have to spend initially to offer this type of thing is pretty steep, so I need to know if you would be interested in this sort of thing and willing to spend the money. If it's not something that interests you, please let me know.
Each series (a collection of courses) would be around $65, or you could purchase them in a package starting at $250. The package gives you 12 months access to every series in the package.
Here are some of series & packages offered:

Alright, so far the No's have it, so the chances of me going that route is pretty slim, but I have found another company that has a great offering of courses including a TON of programming courses. They are a little more expensive per class, but they have a value pack that would be well worth it.
I think the real question is "How credable are the certificates" eg does anyone care about this company? Anyone have any stories of getting a job or otherwise because of these certs?
how much would it cost to do the Technical Web Development and really how credible are the certificates because i dont want to pay for something that isnt going to help me

The training is just that, training. What you do with it is up to you. Whether you get a CIW (certified internet webmaster), or a iNET+, or your CISSP.
The classes do come with certificates, but the weight they carry with an employer would really be up to the employer. It's not a degree, or even a continuing ed credit, but it is training that can be immediately used on the job or to take a nationally recognized certification.
A motivated person can find all the information they need online for free. So, without any hands-on experience, and no credible certificate, there's little to gain from paying for such a course. Sure, it's probably a lot easier than scouring the internet, but those course fees would add up pretty quick.

After I got my MCSD (.Net) and MCAD (.Net) and added them to my resume I had 5 or 6 job offers within days simply because of those certifications.

Comments... ideas... complaints...?
Is it possible that member can earn through it also? Like If some member(or Team of members) write a tutorial on some language and if other members buys them then profit sharing can be done?
