How can I buy a M68HC908GP20?, I dont find a online shop

Try talking to physics or computer science departments at a local university or college.

You also might try contacting small hobbiest electronics stores thay may have a back-stock (also random checks of ebay). As William said universities might be a good place to check. The next generation MC68HC908GP32 MCU (though still obsolete) can be ordered from Digikey but it looks like you need to buy in bulk (9-10 at a time). I FOUND THEM!!! www.4starelectronics.com goto search and enter in the part number M68HC908GP20 -- looks like you will have to call them to order, but at least they have them.
