Hi! I am having the weirdest problem. I am migrating our intranet application to a new server. Everything has been running fine, including all the ColdFusion pages, until yesterday when I installed PHP. Since then, my flash forms only partially populate, CSS doesn't work, and the Administrator page appears to be missing graphics.

Regarding the flash forms: I have a tab navigator menu with select boxes above that. The radio buttons and the tabs populate just fine, but the select boxes are empty. All the content is hard coded, so it's not a connectivity issue. I get no error aside from either "Done with errors" or just "Done" with the little warning triangle.

The new server has Windows 2K3 R2, Coldfusion MX7, and IIS 6.0.

I am under a lot of pressure to get this new server up and running, and this is the last thing I needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Why are you trying to put PHP on a ColdFusion server?

That aside, are you using the Multi-server config (i.e. JRun) or the stand alone? It sounds like one of the mappings or folders for the CFAdministrator got moved.

Is ALL CSS not working? Or just that in the CFAdmin...

I would try installing PHP first, then installing ColdFusion again and see if it recreates the mappings and/or folders that are causing the missing graphics, CSS, and scripts to power the flash forms.

I'm installing PHP because another person created a script we need to keep, and he knows PHP, but not CF. (Out of my hands).

This is a stand-alone server. I checked the mappings and compared to the old server, and it all looks fine.

Yes, all CSS is not working. Really bizarre!

PHP is installed now. I will have to wait till Monday to install CF again (groan) because I'm remote today.

Thanks

Are all images not working? Or just those in CFAdmin?

Can you check to see if the files are actually there? If they are there, what do the IIS logs show as the error code for them not loading?

What does the ColdFusion Flash and/or application log say?

If all CSS is not working, it sounds more like an IIS problem.

I've never run PHP on the same server as ColdFusion so I'm not sure if there are any known issues.

The flash log just has a few "the form data has expired", and none dated today or yesterday. The application log has nothing dated past 4/11, and that was just a minor script error that I've already fixed. As far as the IIS logs, it looks like the files from previous (working) days, though I have no idea how to read most of the rows. A bunch of GET and POST strings with paths and numbers.

I don't have any other images that I use in my pages. The Administrator homepage images are where they should be. (CFIDE/Administrator/Images/).

What can I check on IIS?

OK. I deleted the web page from IIS and rebuilt it and now everything seems OK. Very very weird. Thanks for your help!

Do you use Dreamweaver or any other WYSIWIG editor that may have changed all the paths accidentally?

I use ColdFusion studio as a text editor only (the color coding helps tremendously, as do the tag tips!) I still think it has something to do with the php installation, but I don't know for sure.
