Allocation of frequencies using a variant of the dinning philosophers, I am new to java and i need help in programming an interference graph

Well you're going to have to explain this a little better, then provide us with some of the code that you've done yourself.

From your explination, I expect that you're using threads and want to somehow keep track of the times that one thread is blocked by another.

Give us what you've got and a better explination and maybe we can help you.

Wena Sindiso, your problem sounds interesting but you need to explain it clearer than you just have done. Anyway, i think the concept is to use threads. Use a thred group so that the threads can 'modify' each other's states.
