In the registry, "hkcu\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\internet
settings - UrlEncoding", is not available/deleted. When will this happen?
The default explorer is Mozilla FireFox.

thanks

first explorer runs windows, and internet explorer uses it to run it's browsing engine.. this is not the same as Firefox,it has it's own engine.

secondly, what?!
I understand the registry, and the key involved. But i don't see a question here, when will what happen? and why do you think it should happen?

well if you mean when will this registry key be modified/created by FF, that would be done (if at all) when it is installed. Most programs do not regularly access the registry as it has no purpose, data or text files are used for settings.. The registry is for registering software with.

If you want to post a real question, with more than just 1 sentence. Please describe the problem completely.
