So, I'll try to be a little more helpful than seeing and at least ask if you are talking about a myspace layout or your own web page. In either case, I would highly suggest looking at http://www.w3schools.com and their HTML tutorials. If you need help with something specific or have additional questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
