How to Get CPU Temp through App

New D.I.C Head Joined: 12 Jul, 2007 Posts: 11 My Contributions	Hi All, I build and write OS software for CNC machine tool controllers. I want to to be able to display the current CPU temperature in my GUI along with logging it to a diagnostics record. Ambient temperature is a common cause of system failure and shut down so having a record of the CPU temperature would expedite the diagnosis. It's always annoyed me when others post for help without any evidence of them having made any effort on their own. Unfortunately, I've spent a lot of time researching the subject but have nothing to show for it. I would appreciate any assistance, with the exception of; using a thermometer and opening the BIOS screen. Servo
