"Tom is a pattern matching compiler developed at INRIA. It is particularly well-suited for programming various transformations on trees/terms and XML based documents." This release includes: a new compiler based on constraint propagation; a new strategy library; support for defining terms with pointers; support for any combination of patterns, anti-patterns and list-operators; and other changes.
