hi all

i want to know how can i capture the system idle time using php. I have an application that will use client idle state time to logout the user. Mean to check that user of that system is currently working or not. If is there anyother way let me know.....

Yes it is, but you may need extensions to PHP that are not in the standard distribution.

You could always try to use ajax and on page load you set a countdown (timeout) until ajax sends a call to the logout function and have that redirect the user to a login page. This does however require that the user has javascript enabled.
