If you can't find the answer using any of these resources, that's when you post your question in the Java Forum. Make sure to post what you have tried so far and how it's failing. Asking questions like, "How do I print a String?" or "How to I express the 'greater than' relation?" both show that you have put no effort into the problem because they are so readily available by even the most cursory of searches. Asking how to do anything without explaining what you have tried so far also shows no effort. Just try. You'll be surprised at how good it feels to do it for yourself.

this should appear everytime someone trys to make a post in the java fourm smile.gif this should be pinned icon_up.gif with goolgle I think it should be 99% of your questions answered

Not at all. Looks good. I'm might have been a little liberal with the 90% figure, but I'm certain that 90% or more of Java questions can be answered by these resources. But since I have no data to back that claim, I'm going by anecdotal evidence and experience. smile.gif
