Ok i need someone to code me a hl2dm multiplayer building mod (3-4 years of expirience please) and i need you to make admin commands/player commands adminlist.txt to give players admin rights

ADMIN COMMANDS:


Avaliable admin commands:
- oforgive : Forgive specified player for 1 kill
- oallowkilling : Allow specified player to kill
- adminchat : Admin chat channel
- scheat : Runs a typically cvar locked command
- otele : Teleport target player to another player. otele <players> <to-target>
- stele : Teleport self to specified player
- ssay : Display text with no name prefix. ssay <target> <text>
- csay : Display text across center of screen. csay <target> <text>
- okill : Kill specified player(s). okill <target>
- omotd : Creates a motd window message. omotd <target> <text>
- ospeak : Make another person speak. ospeak <player> <"text">
- adminoff : log out of admin
- adminon : log back into admin
- admincommands : Lists admin commands
- enable : Enable given command
- disable : Disable given command
- adminlist : adminlist
- infoget : Get Player Info
- listallnamelocked : Lists all players namelocked in database
- listalldevoiced : Lists all players devoiced in database
- listalladmins : Lists all admins in database
- admin : Sets admin on a player
-9 admfreeze : Freeze a prop
- admunfreeze : Unreeze a prop
- blockfreeze : Disables peon freeze on prop
- unblockfreeze : Re-enables peon freeze on prop
- bolt : Fires a crossbow bolt
- trailbolt : Fires a crossbow bolt with a trail
- god : Toggles Godmode (override)
- ekey : Set keyvalue for specified entity
- efire : Fire input for specified entity
- eorigin : Set entities origin
- emove : Set entities origin by adding to current origin.
- emoverot : Set entities origin by adding to current origin, relative to its current rotation.
- emovetome : Move entities to your origin.
- emovemeto : Moves you to targeted entity.
- esnap : Set entities origin by adding to current origin.
- erot : Rotate entity.
- erotadd : Rotate entity, adding to its current rotation.
- esolid : Reverts an entity to its solid state.
- enonsolid : Sets a solid entity to nonsolid. Can restore with esolid.
- einfo : Gets basic entity information
- elist : List entities meeting criteria
- edup : Duplicate an entity. Ca9n also move if given emove values.
- eduprot : Duplicate an entity. Can also move if given emoverot values.
- esave : Save props to an entity file
- eread : Read saved entity file
- espawnagain : Reruns an entities spawn functions
- ekill : Remove an entity
- ecolor : Color a specified entity
- erenderfx : Set renderfx of specified entity
- erendermode : Set rendermode of specified entity
- erenderamt : Set renderamt of specified entity
- ehealth : Set health of specified entity
- eforceactivate : Forces the execution of entities Activate() function. Typically only ran on map start. Use with caution!
- esetview : forces your view to an entity
- espawnhooked : test command
- eown : Sets the owner of specified ent(s) to you, or provided entity!
- +pullfront : Pull forward entity towards you
- +grabfront : Grab forward entity
- lscommands : Displays avaliable lightshow commands.
- allammo : Mimics impulse 101. (Also, gives crossbow bolts)
- give : Give item to player.
Arguments: <item_name> <9setname> ["<keyname>:<keyvalue>" .. etc]
- spawn : Spawn specified prop
- spawnlist : Lists all spawnable objects. 'Spawnlist reload'
