I've used it, even had it here on DIC for a while. It's an interesting concept but got over run with spam for a while. It's basically a javascript you add to your blog that shows you the last X number of visitors who are also blog log members and then suggests similar blogs for you through their interface. Kind of creating a larger blog community.

BAM, yes.

I dunno, I've been running it for a week or so and it's kinda neat. It can sync up with like twitter and such too.
