i got a bit blur in dis topic array...where can i gt some tutorial on it?? and one thing..can a single index on an array store more than 1 number or a phrase???

You might try in the C++ tutorials section.

The tutorial on pointers by Dark_Nexus has some information that might help you.

And a single element of an array can store only one data element, be it a builtin data type or an object.
