Does anyone have any code examples using bouncy castle with VB.NET. I am trying to write a program that decrypts and encrypts a string token using the RSA/NONE/PKCS1Padding encryption algorithm.

You can find the bouncy castle C# API at www.bouncycastle.org/csharp

Any leads on this will be appreciated

Hmmmm, never heard of BouncyCastle, and they sure don't provide a decent explanation of what the hell it is either lol. But there is a link on their site to download a zip containing the source, examples and documentation. You can try Google, as you're probably going to have a hard time here with such an obscure proprietary item.

What exactly is BouncyCastle anyways?

After digging for a bit, the best thing I found dealing with it was the wiki article.

I personally wouldn't have the foggiest where to start on this one. I will say this much though, typically if you have an API written for one language, connecting to that with a different language can be a royal pain. In all honesty, it may be about as easy to learn C# or Java instead unless you manage to find a port somewhere.
