Wifi software

New D.I.C Head Joined: 11 Nov, 2007 Posts: 1 My Contributions	Hi. I am a complete newbie to programming and don't now what half of the words on this website mean but i would like to write some software. This is my problem; I have a longrange wifi connection, but I only want people with a specific software to be able to view and connect to it. The software would go on a disk which would only be able to be installed on one computer. There would also be a daily download limit. Another important feature would be that the user couldn't veiw other computers on the network so they couldn't access other peoples files. I hope you can tell me how to go about writing this software, but please be aware I have never written software or any code before.
