Here is an idea, if you are serious about making a game, you are going to have to 1) Write up everything you can on what type of game you are going to make, where it takes place, plot, characters, how it works 2) Come up with capital up front. Any really good programmers are also professionals that get paid for their work. Everyone in the book says "get paid when the game is launched" and guess what? No one gets it launched and sees a dime without doing step 1. 3) Mafia games are nothing new and half of what we see on this board in the way of new game ideas is mafia based. We even have a joke about it with regards to the pope running his own mafia that is how often we see this idea. 4) Post your offers in the job offers forum, this is the wrong forum to be asking for job help.
