Hey all,
Many years ago I was taught c++ in high school, the wrong way. Now after many years in college working with Java, I am really interested in relearning C++ as its benefits seem enormous for low to the ground (working directly with hardware) types of applications. However, like I said, I learned c++ the wrong way before and see this as a stumbling block to relearning it. I was wondering if anyone could point me to some really in depth good introduction articles. The things that I particularly am confused about is the use of header files (what are they and how do I use them anyway) and all the different types of c++ (mfc, std, and whatnot).
Any help and links are greatly appreciated. Thanks, - legit
