So maybe you're not the snippet/tutorial writing type. But you still want to enjoy dream.in.code ad free. If you link to dream.in.code on your blog or web site, I'll give you a year of free DIC++.
Post here so I can see the link and I'll upgrade your account.
Link Rules :
1- No Myspace / Social Networking Links : We love our social networks also, but a link on one of these is not especially helpful for anyone. Build a site and get back to us.
2- The Site Must Be Established : What we mean is that if you have a blog, it needs to have more than 2 or 3 posts, over a period of time, that show you have an interest in the topic. It doesn't have to be anything amazingly special, we aren't going to set a specific number, but setting up a free blogger account and posting twice won't cut it.
3- Decently Designed : I said decent. Not excellent, not good. You are most likely here to continue learning so we completely understand if your site is a work in progress... however, we have a certain low low level of standards.
Most Importantly :
Please do not be offended if on your first submission you don't get the DIC++. Instead take that, go to the site check forum and figure out what you need to improve your website. Why don't we just give it away to every site? DreamInCode costs money to run. Real American cold hard cash. DIC++ is paid for by a lot of the members of this site in an effort to supplement the site. Your link replaces that monetary donation but we won't just be handing it out for everything. We love you and welcome to the site if you are new -- so stick around and you WILL one day get the DIC++.
I think he meant in the template. Either in the template, or in your signature would be fine. Doesn't matter to me. Or if you've got a myspace you could add it to your profile or whatever, doesn't matter to me where it's at or where it links on dream.in.code.
