gtkmm help

New D.I.C Head Joined: 2 Jan, 2008 Posts: 16 My Contributions	im trying to install gtkmm for windows using the folowing tutorial http://www.gtkmm.org/docs/gtkmm-2.4/docs/t...stallation.html but when i get to the bit that says go into command prompt and type pkg-config --cflags gtkmm-2.4 i get Package gtkmm-2.4 was not found in the pkg-config search path. Perhaps you should add the directory containing `gtkmm-2.4.pc' to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable No package 'gtkmm-2.4' found there seams to be a few other people having the same problem but i can't find the solution any ware im using dev-C++ anyone got any ideas?
