I just done my php site.

The site there have some research form, each form have 2 or more pages. After visitor finish the questionail the calculated answer will display and they can sent the result to admin for more infomation request.

Because this is the new site. i would like to know :
1. how many visitor have done each research.

2. hit for each research pages. (example, research 1 have 3 pages. i want to get hit for each page. so that i can know how many visitor have done the research, and how many give up half way, if alot visitor give up on page 2 not continue to page 3 so i may need to improve the question on page 2. )

3. hit for each content pages.

4. visitor from which location

Is there any sample or ideal how to get the above need i wanted?

For all of your points I recommend using Google Analytics. You simply put on a small snippet of code on each page you want tracked and Google Analytics will collect all sorts of information from your users. Their location, which pages they use the most, how many of them leave shortly after visiting (bounce rate) etc.

They then break it down into charts and graphs for you to show you more information about your visitors. It is free and you can signup for it if you have a Google Account. The page to get a tour and sign in to get setup is at the url below...

Google Analytics Home Page

Great package and its free. No strings attached. Enjoy!

I use Webalizer, but I believe it's only available for Linux (*nix) webservers.

Some of our examples :
