Assuming you want to learn 32 bit x86 assembly: Tiny Guide to Assembly
Other wise you'll need to be more specific.

Every processor architecture has its own assembly language.
Which processor ASM are you interested in? 8085, 8086, 80x86 or something else?

Well I am doing MCA from IGNOU where in we have assembly as one of our subject. That includes both 8086 and 8085. Here I am not clear with the programming part.
