They are usually encoded for a reason. You'd need to contact the original author to get the raw source code.

I lost contact with the Seller and Developer of this Script. They simply disappeared after getting money. I need help to access the encoded Script.

I've seen services that say they can do it. But they will cost a pretty penny. I've seen some discussions about how to do it.. But it's not pretty. Basically you have to pull the data stream going back and forth between PHP and the CPU. Then figure out from the ASM calls what the hell the script is doing..
