I have been tasked with rewriting the PHP data editing interface to a relational Oracle database. I have done most of my PHP programming before with UltraEdit or other regular text editors. I have also used Maguma PHP editor. Both were OK, but I am looking for something that has better data editing support and something like Wizards for creating database interfaces and can handle Oracle databses.
Any suggestions?
