I am about to release a Delphi third-party chat client for Yahoo which has been passed onto me for re-assignment as the original creators no longer have time for it but which has a strong user base which want the client to continue. I am at the moment managing this transition.

The client has been around for 6 years, has a new forum and is set up to be release on sourceforge.com under the Simple 2.0 licence (basically a concise version of the GNU). It's not up yet because there are still some issues to work out with the use of some proprietary components being used which have to be removed.

I am however posting to forums to let coders know in case they want to be involved. The forum address is http://ymlite.kicks-ass.net/ and the open source site is https://sourceforge.net/projects/ymlite but the source is not up yet. If you are interested let us know. You can also download a copy of the client as is at the moment from www.daynacc.com/ymlitefull.exe.
