Several links going to one location from one site. This would be the same as someone putting a link thousands of times on one page. From what I understand this doesn't figure into PageRank as much as you would think. The formula itself is said to have over 700 different variables for determining value of a page. The value of a page is more built on which sites reference your site, not how many times they reference your site. 1000 mentions or 1 mention, same value usually.
