It's kind of an experiment in shadow and light... the effect is better on an LCD monitor.
The image is actually a room. On the wall is a grafitti'd poster.... the part that is immediately visible. The other side of the image is the shadow a man on a bench smoking a cigarette... the cigarette has a slight orange glow to it.
Seriously, it's all there. And if you can see it, it's kind of a neat effect. By the way, when I said turn your head right.... the "right" could easily be substituted with "correctly".... that was my fault for not being clear in my instructions. Basically, you'll need to tilt your head one way or another - generally so your eye level is below the image.
Hope this helps, but really... there's more to the picture than a black box. Think perhaps it's time to revise - no matter how neat I may think it is, if no one else can figure it out, it's time for a redo.
