Usb memory is write protected, Option iCON utms ,edge, flush memory is write protected

I have option iCON usb , hsdpa gprs modem , it has 1 Mb flush for storing driver and softwear to run it . It uses flash switch to switch betwen the flush and the modem , i figerd that out to be as i desire it mode , but i kan not edit the flush it says :The disk is write protected: , I heer that this is the place to ask this qestion , How to remove the write protection from that shit !!!

Hi hrcx, i'm developing on aplication in vb.net but i cant find a way to switch from flush and modem, can you pls guive me a help and explain me how cold i do that switch.
Or point me on the good way.
