Wow that site is really crowded. He should remember the famous design phrase "less is more" and use white space to his advantage. Don't bombard the user with so many ads and graphics. 1) It causes slow loading for some users and 2) Confuses users who are looking for something specific 3) Cheapens the look of the site a little because it is not a "clean look" and looks all cluttered.

Other than that, it is pretty good.

yep cluttered trust me a clean design is 1) nicer/more attractive 2) easy on the eyes 3) easy for the most nooby of users
