Where do I get a PHP generator

Do any of you know of a free PHP generator that I can download. I just want to be able to use it to create simple codes and read from text files.

Actually I don't know if there is such tool.
But,since you wnat to read fromtext file I will suggest to read about (file,fopen and file_get_contents)
you read all about that on php.net documentation

Try just going to a site like codango.com or hotscripts.com

they have tons of free php scripts.
