Hey ! I got a question: when I upload file and try to rename it, everything works fine. There is a problem when filename contains diactrics (i'm from Poland, we have many diactrics in our language ;]) there's a problem with filename encoding ... anyone got any advice?

Is this running on a Windows or *nix server? You could upload it with a temp name & have the OS rename it. Maybe?
