O.K brutal and honest.
Lose the black background. It's juvenille and drives people away. White on black is very hard to read, more so when the text is blue on black.
Tan and black is a very bad combination.
The font is too small.
You have some nice functionality inside the site, but again, very hard to read and you are forcing the user to scroll way too much. More thought on dividing your presentation up so that the user doesn't have to scroll very long to read the data.
Overall, nice data but the presentation needs an overhaul.
