ok so i made a project in visual studio (new website ASP.NET website. I used VB as the language because its a pretty simple website) i actually would prefer to use ASP.NET to upload an existing project that i made so if anyone knows how to do that that would be great. But anyway i setup a website using Microsoft Small Business but i don't know how to upload my ASP.NET website (which currently runs in like Filesystem mode so the website when i run it the url is http://localhost:49697/WebSite2/Default.aspx so how do i actually put it on my website.

does your web host provides ftp access to upload files??

i don't know i use yahoo domains and Microsoft small business for a business website i also need to make do they support ftp?

for the Microsoft business one they just want me to design the website using their tools (i.e. only text and pictures but i need programs!) i'll look into the yahoo one. in the mean time... can i use an existing vb project and upload it to a website using ftp? when i find it?

ok so i found out something about the Microsoft small business domain, you can upload apps through the your account but the application has to be in .olp format. ???? i have never heard of this format has anyone, could i export my asp.net project in that format?

P.S. i found out how to ftp into the yahoo one but when i publish the project and put in the right info it always says it failed. probably a problem with yahoo not asp.net so i'll contact them
