We don't do custom programming for people. We do help you with code you already have and are stuck on. So I recommend you pick a language that best suits your project and that you are handy with and write out the basic setup of it. When you get stuck, post your code in the appropriate language forum and then we have something we can work with. Along with your code state the problem you are having and any error messages you are getting. I hope this helps you out.
