I have created a simple form within my website. It is very basic, having name, phone#, email entries. However, I have no idea about the best way of processing the form information. I really just want the information put into an email and sent to a mail account. From there, I can read the email and see the necessary info that was submitted.

Later, I hope to add a more complex form to my site, a job application. I think I would like it to do the same thing, just organizing the input and putting it into an email and sending it to an account. I assume that is the best way to handle that information as well.

Regardless, I have no idea how to accomplish this or the best way to accomplish it. Any and all help on the matter would be hugely appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Anyway you look at it, you will need some sort of server side processing to handle the Post values. PHP, ASP, cgi-bin, check with your hosting provider.

Here are 2 tutorials on how to accomplish this in PHP.

icon_up.gif #2 you always seem to beat me to these things.

You probably want to store these things in a database too.
