code the other area's of the site, have been expanded upon by peoples requests. if you have an idea for a forum, you can post it in site feedback, otherwise, if we dont have a forum for it yet, it goes in cl. thats the way it is at ALL major sites. having a forum for every topic ever is just too huge. some things get pushed outta the way, some things dont get recognition. thats why we have a Cl, so the other stuff has a place to go.
