Adobe support contracts

New D.I.C Head Joined: 3 Apr, 2008 Posts: 2	Hi, Has anybody paid for offical support from Adobe for Coldfusion? I am in the process of buying licences for CF8 and was wondering if the support is worth the $10K they are asking. Thanks john

If you get it bundled with your ColdFusion Enterprise license through a vendor like CarahSoft, it's only like $1,800 instead of $10,000. We've had Silver, Gold, and Platinum support over the years and while we don't use it often, it's worth it when you have a downing event and need to talk to someone NOW.
