my buddy made this code manager for a online video game we play it allows you to use hex cheats online without getting caught. now when i go to try open the manager nothing opens. is it my computer not allowing this or his error in making the program? below is the program uploaded to rapidshare. plz help soon lol i want to cheat on there!!!
