So I'm now embarking on my biggest program yet (which is still small in comparison to professional stuff). It will exceed 50k lines and I have a week to do it. God bless condensed courses.

50,000 lines in a week? I work more hours than anyone I know and I don't think I could write 50,000 lines in a week. All I gotta say is good luck mang.

Lets do some math:

If you worked 24 hour days:

7 days = 168 hours

50,000 lines / 168 hours = 297.61 lines per hour

297.61 / 60 minutes = 4.96 lines per minute

If you were to work 16 hour days:

50,000 lines / 112 hours = 446.42 lines per hour

446.42 / 60 minutes = 7.44 lines per minute

For a regular 8 hour work day you would have to write 14.88 lines of code for every minute you worked, meaning no breaks, no nothing. Good luck smile.gif

Copy & Paste throws all of your figures to the curb...

Plus
CODE

if(condition) // 1 line
{ // 2 lines
...
} // 3 lines

& I never write code like that.

So many things to factor.
