can anyone suggest me how to change the selection mode of listBox from multiple to single using Javascript?

document.getElementById({ID OF YOUR SELECT TAG HERE}).multiple = true (to make from single to multiple) or set it to false to make it single again.

I've tried this in Firefox only, it should work in IE though
