Installing modules in python?, Need help.

Hello all,
I've been trying to install PEAK for ages, but i can't get it to work!
the PEAK directory i got, contains docs, examples, setup.py and a few more.
I tried "python setup.py install" and it didn't work at all..

Can someone please explain this to me?

I got windows vista.
