Long answer: Ask Google Longer answer: There are no native methods in JavaScript for database style connectivity. You can use extensions to JavaScript ( ActiveX ) to create objects to do the talking, but that's beyond the browser and non portable. Final answer: Use JavaScript to talk to a web page that provides the data. No, I won't send code.
