I'm trying to run a wireless connection into my laptop then share that connection to the LAN port to my xbox360. I called lynksys trying to get my NAT open cause of the damn latency with the strict one and the fool screwed up my DHCP. I've been able to run it with statics but I haven't had to mess with them for awhile. I had to reset my IPs so now the statics are gone and I can't play live. If anybody can help I'd appriciate it. Please and thank you.

Nice attitude, that will certainly inspire folks to go out of their way and help out.
Since you're basically asking about two particular pieces of hardware, there are only a handful of people who could even think about offering advice. While I don't have the console, I do have a linksys gateway. If I'd fubar'd it enough that it simply wasn't working, I just restore the factory defaults. The router admin should be on http://192.168.1.1. Under administration, there's a restore option. If do blast it, you might want to upgrade the firmware, too.

I apologize, I didn't realize we were at your beckon call. Waiting a day isn't a long time to wait, Ive waited much longer and never did the "I'm gonna take my toys and go home" child act
Xbox 360's have real problems with linksys routers, at my house, I have a bt home hub connected to a linksys router (as the home hub only had two ethernet ports!), what you wanna do to try and aleviate some NAT pain is to use a different router to your linksys, try getting a switch or something.

And imagine that even googlebot (and other spiders) are counted into that number, and it is also possible that there are two people in front of a computer, so even more saw it! This is Sparta DIC!
Ya know I see this kind of attitude with Xbox fanboys all the time. internet connection sharing is hard enough to get working right even with 2 actual computers. Throwing an Xbox into the mix only upps the dificulty level. There are 2 things I have never gotten to work nomatter how hard I tried. 1 Software Internet connection sharing through Windows with out a dedicated router and 2 the Planar monitor reset sequence.
